Risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency tools can clarify a workflow. They cannot remove market, technical, custody, or execution risk.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Devex Trade Overlay is software for charting, planning, paper trading, and user-directed execution. It does not provide investment advice, guarantee execution, or promise returns. Users remain solely responsible for every trading decision and transaction.
Market and liquidity risk
Crypto assets may move rapidly, lose most or all of their value, become illiquid, or be affected by manipulation, protocol failures, regulatory changes, and market fragmentation. Paper results do not predict live results.
Execution and fee risk
Quotes can change before confirmation. Transactions can fail, be delayed, expire, be rejected, or execute at an unexpected price. Mandatory network fees still apply. The zero optional priority-fee configuration does not mean that a transaction is free.
Technology and data risk
Browser updates, extension faults, RPC outages, market-data delays, chain congestion, third-party API changes, and local storage loss may produce missing, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable information. No uptime or accuracy guarantee is made.
Wallet and custody risk
Users control local vault access and transaction confirmation. Compromised devices, weak passwords, lost backups, malicious extensions, phishing, or user error can result in loss. No software can make self-custody risk-free.
Independent judgment
Evaluate whether cryptocurrency activity is appropriate for your experience, circumstances, and jurisdiction. Seek qualified independent advice where needed. Do not trade funds you cannot afford to lose.
