Scope

This notice covers the public DEVEX TRADE OVERLAY website and the beta extension. It does not describe the independent privacy practices of token pages, exchanges, wallet providers, browser vendors, market-data providers, RPC providers, or other third parties.

Data kept in your browser

The beta stores paper-trade records, chart preferences, position history, encrypted wallet-vault material, and related workspace settings locally in the browser. Wallet secrets are intended to remain encrypted locally. Users are responsible for their devices, vault password, and backups.

Uninstalling the extension, clearing browser storage, or losing the device may remove local records. A supported encrypted backup should be created before any approved funded testing.

Protected service data

The extension may send authenticated requests through protected server routes to retrieve public blockchain, token, market, quote, and transaction-preparation data. Server operators may retain limited operational logs needed to diagnose availability, abuse, or security events. Secrets, wallet seed phrases, private keys, and signed transactions should not be written to application logs.

Public website forms

The beta-access form on this local preview does not transmit or store submissions. Before a backend is connected, this notice must be updated to identify what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is retained, and how requests can be made.

Third-party services

The beta may interact with infrastructure or data supplied by Mobula, GeckoTerminal, Ankr, Jupiter, supported blockchains, and browser services. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently. DEVEX TRADE OVERLAY is not affiliated with or endorsed by those services.

Your choices

You may remain in paper mode, avoid creating a wallet vault, remove locally stored extension data, decline optional beta forms, or stop using the beta. For privacy questions, use the contact page.
